It’s a fact that children these days are very demanding and to make matters worse are those parents who leave no stone unturned to fulfil the demands of their children, however, inane and absurd it may be! In an outrageous incident, a Haryana youth pushed his new BMW car into a river. The reason behind this appalling behaviour is simply juvenile!
On being gifted a BMW by his parents instead of a Jaguar that he was demanding, this young man from Yamunanagar pushed his new car into a swollen river in a fit of anger. "When the youth was plunging the high-end BMW car into the river, he also made a video and put it on social media," a police official told IANS.
The car floated in the river for some time but got stuck in the middle of the river owing to a patch of tall grass. Later, the youth was seen trying to get the car out of the river with the help of local divers. The police have registered a case in the matter. A basic model of Jaguar costs somewhere around Rs 40-50 lakhs. The cost of higher models goes up to crores. On the other hand, the BMW that can be seen drowning in the river seems to be either from 3-series or 5-series and its estimated cost is no less than Rs 35 lakhs. Both cars feature under the luxury car segment. The youth's father is said to be a landlord in a Haryana village.
