On Thursday 16th August an era ended as one of the most loved politicians of India passed away. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Former prime minister passed away at the age of 93; he was suffering from prolonged illness. He was a poet, an orator and a human who had a vision for his nation. The entire nation is mourning over the loss of a great human being. And the grief has not spared our bollywood celebrities also. They were not behind in paying tributes to the great politician.
Actors like Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Paresh Rawal, Rajnikanth and others expressed their grief but it was Shahrukh’s tweet that touched us the most. It’s about the time when the former PM, Jagjit Singh, Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan collaborated for a music video where one of Vajpayee’s song, ‘Kya Khoya Kya Paya’, was converted into a song by Jagjit Singh. It featured Shahrukh Khan with Amitabh narrating the prologue. The video also had Vajpayee in it. The actor shared the music video with a heartfelt post expressing grief of the former PM’s death.
