Have a fever? Do these!

We all suffer from fever, so we all are aware of this term. But fever is not an illness or disease, it’s our body’s response to an infection. So, first and foremost thing you need to do is stop googling it. Then check your temperature with the help of a thermometer. Then visit a doctor to know the nature of your fever, like whether it’s viral or bacterial fever or something else. There are a few things you need to do in addition to having medicines.

1.Fever causes dehydration so you must consume a lot of fluids to keep yourself hydrated.

2.Don’t pile up blankets on yourself to stay warm that is not the right thing to, instead stay cool to bat out any discomfort.

3.Rest, rest and rest. Only rest and sleep can help you improve the immune system.

4.Do not force yourself eat a full meal if don’t feel like having it. For the body’s energy have a bowl of hot soup, you’ll feel better.
